We print, not mold

Our designs are parametric. We build each one from a published measurement for the gear it is meant to fit, not a guess.

Print tested before it ships

Before a new part family goes on sale, we print a real sample and check it by hand. That check happens before the family opens up to order, not after.

What TankRig makes

TankRig prints aquarium fitment parts in PETG. That covers hose adapters, intake guards, spray bars, lily pipes, media baskets, and more, all built to connect to or fit around gear you already own.

Every part is printed to order. We do not keep a warehouse of finished stock waiting to sell. Your part gets printed after you place an order, here in the USA.

How we design a part

Our designs are parametric. Instead of one fixed shape, a part is built from a set of measurements, so the same design can scale to fit different sizes of the same kind of gear.

We fit-check each design against a published measurement for the gear it is meant to fit, drawn from a manufacturer's own spec page or a retailer's published listing. Where we do not yet have a published number for a specific model, our product pages say so plainly, and we tell you to check the fit yourself before you rely on it.

Before a new part family goes on sale, we print a real sample and check it by hand. That is a physical print test, done before the family opens up to order. It confirms the part prints correctly. It is not a substitute for checking the fit against your own gear, which our product pages always ask you to do too.

Ordering and checkout

Checkout on this site runs through Shopify. Your payment and shipping details are handled by Shopify's own secure checkout, not a system we built ourselves.
