Made to order parts

Every part we sell is printed after you place your order, sized and built just for that order. You still get 30days to send it back. Returns are free. We email you a prepaid label, and you drop the package off. Read below for how it works.

If your part is defective or wrong

If your part arrives broken, does not print correctly, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number and a photo. We will reprint the part or refund you, whichever you would rather have. We email you a prepaid return label, so sending it back costs you nothing.

If we replace or refund your order because of a mistake on our end, we will also refund the shipping you paid on that order.

If you change your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind about an order. Email us and we will send you a prepaid return label. We refund what you paid for the part once the carrier scans the package. The shipping charge on that order is refunded only when the mistake was ours, not on a change of mind.

Parts you built in the Custom Builder

A part you sized yourself in the Custom Builder is made to your numbers, so we cannot take it back if you change your mind. If it arrives broken, or it does not match the numbers you entered, email us. We will reprint it or refund you, the same as any other part.

How to ask for a return

Email us. Tell us your order number and what happened, with a photo if something is wrong. We will email you back with next steps and a prepaid return label.

How refunds work

Checkout on this site runs through Shopify. Any refund we approve goes back to the original payment method through Shopify.
