How the Rig Finder works
Step one asks what you own. That list is built from the same size tables our product pages read, so no model is on it unless we already hold a hose size for it.
Step two asks what you want done. Connect hoses, shape the return flow, guard an intake, hold your gear in place, run your own filter media, or make feeding and cleanup easier. Those are the same six groups your saved tank page uses.
Step three shows the parts in that group that carry your hose size. When none of them do, the page says that plainly and offers to write your request down. Need the full size tables by brand and model? See our hose size guide.

Which aquarium parts work with my filter?+
Pick your model in the Rig Finder. It reads the connection size for that model and shows the parts made for it, grouped by the job you want done.
What if my filter is not on the list?+
We do not have that model in the catalog yet. Tell us what you run and we will add it, or open the Adapter Fit Finder, which works from a connection size.
Do I need to know my hose size?+
No. Pick your filter model and we do the sizing for you. If you run custom plumbing and already know your size, the Adapter Fit Finder works from the size instead.
What is the difference between the Rig Finder and the Adapter Fit Finder?+
The Rig Finder starts from the gear you own and the problem you want solved, across every kind of part we make. The Adapter Fit Finder starts from two sizes and returns the one adapter built for that pair. Use the Adapter Fit Finder when you already know both sizes.
