The label on your gear
Most filters, pumps, and sterilizers print a model number on a sticker or in the plastic. That one photo answers more than any other.
The whole setup, stepped back
One wide photo of the tank and the gear under it. It shows us how the parts run together.
A close up of the joint
The exact spot you want the part to go. Get close enough that we can see the end of the hose or the pipe.
Something for scale in the shot
Hold a ruler or a tape against the hose or the pipe and shoot it straight on. A photo cannot tell us a size on its own.
Email them to us
There is no upload box on this site. Attach your photos to an email and send them. The button below opens your own mail app with the subject and a short outline already written, so you only have to add the pictures.
What happens next
A person reads your email and replies by email. We will tell you what we can see in your photos, name the part made for your setup, and send you a link straight to it.
