About the Fluval FX4

Fluval sells the FX4 as item A214. It sits between the FX2 and the FX6 in the same line.
The FX4 and the FX6 stand on the same base, 15.75 inches square. The FX4 is the shorter of the two, 16.5 inches tall against 20.8 for the FX6, which is why it goes under a stand the FX6 will not.
It uses the same Smart Pump start up and the same twelve hour air purge as the rest of the FX line, and the same basket in basket media trays.
