This spray bar connects to 25/34mm hose (Eheim Classic 1500XL suction side). It spreads the return water through evenly spaced holes along its 140mm length. Mount it along the back or side of the tank with the two built-in zip tie slots. Hole size and spacing are fixed by the print, so every bar comes out the same. We print in PETG. Aquarium keepers have used it submerged for years. Rinse before use.

- What is in the box
- One printed piece. There is nothing to put together.
- How it goes on
- One end connects to your hose or pipe. The holes run along the length of the bar.
- Turn the bar so the holes point where you want the water to go.
- Push the end on by hand until it seats. A PVC inlet is a plain spigot that pushes into a standard PVC fitting, shipped dry with no glue.
- Mount it along the back or side of the tank with the two built-in zip tie slots.
- Whether a hose joint holds without a clamp depends on your hose wall, how old the hose is, and how much the joint gets moved. Add a hose clamp for insurance on any joint you cannot check often.
- Check it the first time
- Rinse the part in clean water before it goes in your tank.
- After startup, inspect the connection where the bar meets your hose or pipe for leaks.
- Cleaning
- Pull it off and rinse the bar and its holes in clean water.
- Taking it off
- Cut the zip ties, then twist the bar and pull it off by hand. Nothing is glued.

Common questions
Do I need to drill my own holes in the spray bar?
No. Hole size and spacing are fixed by the print, so every bar comes out the same. You do not drill or modify it yourself.
Does the spray bar fit PVC pipe or only canister hose?
TankRig spray bars are sized to fit a canister hose or PVC pipe, depending on the size you pick. Match the size to what you already have installed.
Is the spray bar printed in PETG?
Yes. We print spray bars in PETG, made to order in the USA.
Why do you not list a flow rate for your spray bars?
Hole size and spacing are fixed by the print, but real flow depends on your own filter and setup.
