ATO Sensor Rim Bracket for the Neptune OS-1, Slotted

This bracket holds the Neptune OS-1 ATO sensor. The OS-1 body measures 12.70mm across, which comes from a shop listing for that sensor. A slot runs down the bracket with 40mm of straight travel. The sensor passes through the slot and its own nut and washer clamp it wherever you set it. That is how the sensor is built to mount, so the bracket never has to grip the body at all. The top of the bracket hangs over your tank or sump wall. It opens to a wall up to 12mm thick, and a nylon thumb screw snugs it onto anything thinner. That is an adjustable range, not a fit for any one tank, so measure your wall first. Nylon will not scratch glass. The thumb screw is not included. Some popular sensors do not fit this family, and we would rather tell you now than have you buy the wrong part. The AutoAqua Smart ATO Micro, Lite G2, and nano are square. The Innovative Marine HydroFill and HydroFill Ti are flat blocks. The XP Aqua Duetto 2 puts two sensors in one housing. The Red Sea ReefATO+ comes on its own magnet bracket. Tunze publishes no size at all for the 3152.300. The CoralVue HYDROS float lists one size, but that size may be the collar that moves rather than the fixed stem, so we will not build to it. This is a bracket. It holds a sensor at the height you set. We make no claim about flood prevention or about how your top off system behaves. This part rides at the tank or sump wall, up at the water line. We print it in PETG, a tough plastic. Keep it out of direct sun, since sun wears down any plastic over time.

This is a new product. We print-test every part before it ships.

Fitment

This part fits the size named in its description above. That size comes from the maker’s own listing. We do not guess a dimension we have not sourced.

Safety

A note on safety

We print every part in PETG. It is the material aquarium keepers have used submerged for years. We cannot promise how any part performs in your tank. You know your tank and your animals best, so the call is always yours. Rinse each part in clean water before you add it to your tank.
