Dosing Bottle Holder, 91 mm Round, Single Bay
This holder stands a dosing container upright in your cabinet. Each bay is cut for a round bottle 91mm across and 190mm tall. Bottles like these are molded, so they run a little out of round, they flex when they are full, and most carry a wrap label. The bay is cut loose on purpose to take that. The body is a shell, not a block, and the top of each wall is cut into fingers, so you can still read the label and the dose marks. The floor is three bars with drain gaps between them. It is open, so nothing is caught or held there. A 6mm hole beside each bay lets a dosing line pass through. This is one piece with one bay. This holder sits in the cabinet and stays dry. We print it in PETG, a tough plastic. Keep it out of direct sun, since sun wears down any plastic over time.

Common questions
Which bottle size bay should I order?
Bays are cut for 91mm, 110mm, and 62mm round bottles, plus a rectangular pocket. Go by the width across your bottle's body, since the volume on the label does not tell you the shape.
Can I still read my bottle's label once it is in the holder?
Yes. The top of each bay's wall is cut into fingers, so the label and the dose marks stay visible.
What if I add more dosing containers later?
Bigger trays ship as one piece per bay and dovetail together, so the tray can grow as your dosing schedule does.
Why is the fit described as loose instead of snug?
Blow moulded bottles run out of round and carry labels of their own thickness, so every bay is cut loose on purpose. Our round bores run 2.0mm to 5.0mm wider than the bottle they name.
